1. The Book Of Romans
This course explores the redemptive teaching of Romans, with a systematic development of man’s need for salvation and the atonement. Romans deals with the most basic tenets of our Christian faith: Justification by faith, the sacrificial work of Christ, sanctification through the Spirit and the Jew’s continuing place in the purpose of God. There is also practical teaching on spiritual truth as it applies to everyday living.
2. Christian Family
This course provides a biblical foundation for life’s priorities, marriage, the roles of husbands and wives, effective communication and confrontation, and how to raise children using biblical principles.
3. The Holy Spirit
The objective of this course is to become intimately acquainted with the Person and work of the Holy Spirit. This course includes a study of the Gifts, the Fruit and the symbols of the Holy Spirit, as well as the various ways he leads us in everyday life ministry.
4. Leadership 1
Everything rises and falls on leadership! Leadership is not something we do; it is who we are and what we are becoming. This course will help even those without the spiritual gift of leadership to develop leadership skills so they will be able to effectively lead and influence others. Leadership 1 focuses on developing yourself as a leader.
5. Creative Ministry
Many churches are now making use of drama, dance, multimedia and other fine arts, in order to creatively preach the gospel to this generation. This course explores creatively and how to apply it to a Biblical presentation without distracting from the power of the message.
6. Biblical Worship
In examining Scriptures, we discover that God is looking for “lifestyle worshipers” who will worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. This course examines the theology behind praise and worship, the priesthood of every believer, and how we can become “lifestyle worshipers”, today.
7. Effective Prayers
This course begins by looking at the nine kinds of prayer discussed in the New Testament, and the principles which govern them. Also included in the course are basic “prayer principles”, and an in-depth look at the prayers of Jesus and Paul, as recorded in Scriptures.
8. Faith
The Bible tells us that without faith it is impossible to please God (Heb.11:6) Hebrews eleven records the stories of ordinary men and women who displayed extraordinary confidence in God. As a result, they were greatly used by Him. This course reveals the source of faith (Romans 10:17), the reason for faith, the operation of faith, and the results of faith.
9. Knowing God Intimately
This course focuses on the fact that each individual determines his own degree of intimacy with God. We see this demonstrated in the ministry of Jesus. We see Him minister to the multitudes; but out of the multitudes, there were the seventy. Within the seventy were the twelve. Within the twelve were the three. And, out of the three, was John, the beloved disciple. Although Jesus loved them all, only John achieved this level of intimacy. This course discusses how intimacy with God is realized, and encourages the student to pass in further.
10. Persuasive Preaching
This course is built on the premise that preaching will always be one of God’s most important channels of communication. “It pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached, to save those who believe.” (1 Cor. 1:21)..
There are three elements in persuasive preaching:
- A Man (or Woman) called and equipped by God,
- A Method (which creates persuasiveness), and
- A Move of the Holy Spirit upon the hearts of the hearers.
This course seeks to develop all three.
11. Kingdom Economics
This course is an in-depth look at the Bible’s position, on money and possessions. Amazingly, Jesus spoke more about money than He did about either Heaven or Hell. Why are our finances so important to God? What does it mean to be a steward? Is the principle of tithing still for today? Does God want His people to prosper? These and many more questions are answered in this encouraging course.
12. Ministry Of The Prophetic
The prophetic is meant to bring edification on the church, in line with the Scriptures. However, sometimes well-meaning individuals have crossed over the boundaries of the Word, resulting in imbalances and excesses. This course examines the ministry of the prophetic in details and shows how we can have a prophetic flow in our churches.
